ph464 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph464 ("ph464," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph464 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at ph464.net and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on ph464, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on ph464, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph464 or any of its affiliated companies or gaming providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ph464 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

ph464 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID), proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and any additional documents ph464 deems necessary for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph464 account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent through your account, whether or not you authorized such activity.

You must keep your ph464 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members. ph464 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph464 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support. ph464 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account pending investigation.

You agree to keep your registered personal information accurate and up to date. Any changes to your name, address, contact number, or payment details must be reported to ph464 support promptly. ph464 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending re-verification if discrepancies are identified.

All financial transactions on ph464 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph464 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your ph464 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. ph464 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• ph464 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• ph464 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

ph464 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ph464 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• ph464 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on the ph464 Platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, racing, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ph464 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional croupiers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ph464 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account balance. ph464 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph464 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ph464, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using ph464 for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ph464 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph464 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the ph464 Platform — including but not limited to the ph464 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ph464 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph464.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph464 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ph464's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph464 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph464 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. ph464 is not responsible for any damage to your device, software, or data resulting from your use of the Platform.

ph464 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. ph464 reserves the right to impose mandatory limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion on any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the player has requested such measures.

ph464 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward ph464 staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, ph464 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph464 support via live chat. Upon closure, any pending wagers will be settled according to the applicable game rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

ph464 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph464 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph464 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph464 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

ph464 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform services (e.g., sharing data with payment processors for transaction processing).

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. ph464 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
